A. SPF sunscreen lotion is a must because the sun is quite strong for most of the year.

Cameras and video cameras are welcome aboard but have the possibility of getting wet.
A variety of snacks, foods and drinks. No bananas as they are bad luck.
A sweatshirt in case it gets chilly on the water.

A. You should go for function over form.

Lightweight breathable clothing.
Comfortable shoes. For your safety please avoid sandals or flip-flops without non-skid soles.
Hats for all passengers.
Polarized sunglasses for all passengers.

A.  Absolutely! Captain John takes pride in teaching children how to become anglers. He loves nothing more than assisting children in catching their very first fish, which is a memory they will cherish for a lifetime. NOTE: Conway Charters welcomes children ages 2 and up with supervising adults. All children under 6 years of age are required by the state of Florida to wear a flotation device at all times.

A.  Absolutely! Captain John will bait your hook, cast your rod and take your fish off the end of your line. If you want to take your catch home no worries as John will clean and bag the fresh catch of the day.

A.  Conway Charters can accommodate up to 4 passengers plus the Captain

A.  As a general rule and based on service tipping 15-20% of the charter price is appreciated.

A.  Conway Charters will pick you up dockside at locations throughout Lee County, which include but are not limited to Pine Island, Sanibel, Cape Coral, Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beach. Please schedule your pickup location with the Captain upon booking.

A.  Absolutely!  Passengers 21 years of age and older are welcome to drink responsibly.

A.  Fishing licenses are required. However, Conway Charters is pleased to provide one for each passenger FREE of charge.
